Simple Swallow Meal Limited is a self-financing social enterprise and the only tailor-made soft meal company in Hong Kong with a focus on Cantonese cuisine.

Founded by a retired senior citizen (KIT), the company aims to make soft meal affordable for the elderly who do not have income, so as not to discourage them from having soft meal due to high prices.

The company has many certificates, including internationally recognised HACCP, nutrition for the elderly, etc. The target group is mainly the elderly and the chronically ill. We use natural and chemical-free ingredients to make dishes, which they would like to have, trying our best to achieve “We cook what you eat”, so that the elderly and chronically ill can really eat the food they like and absorb needed nutrients.
