Primary Care Health Development Project
Primary Care Health Development Project is under the purview of the Hong Kong Lutheran Social Service, LC-HKS. Primary care, as its name implies, is the first point of contact in a continuing healthcare process. This project aims to be the pioneer in promoting preventive healthcare among the society and reduces the burden of the public healthcare system, regarding the trend of aging population in Hong Kong.
Providing with the preventive health screening assessment which intend to take care of the general public’s health and arouse their health awareness. It is also hoped to advocate the important ideas of primary care and prevention.
Product and Service
The main focus of the “Primary Care Health Development Project” is to use Automatic Retinal Image Analysis (ARIA), an algorithm with the advantages of non-invasive, accurate technology, fast, convenient and low cost for the stroke risk assessment. Project development direction is going along with a wide range of services in terms of the preventive health screening assessments. In order to promote primary care culture and advocate healthy life style in Hong Kong.
