Edvanced’s visit to Yan Chai Hospital Social Services Department’s latest Health Management Centre for the Seniors in Tsuen Wan.
The centre is looking for new opportunities to better serve the community while maintaining a self-sustaining operation model in long term.
Edvanced visited “Happyness at Home” display room next to the Yan Chai Hospital Social Services Department Building. The visit helped Edvanced to understand the division’s services, difficulties in their daily operation and future goals for development.
We also visited the Hong Kong Baptist University Chinese Medicine Clinic cum Training and Research Centre in Tsuen Wan. The team learnt about the clinic’s entire operation process and touch points, uncovering opportunities to improve their user experience.
