1. To provide students, staff and parents with a wide variety, cheap and health food;
2. To develop more job opportunities under the principle of "self-financing" so as to allow more employment opportunities for people with disabilities and middle-aged persons;
3. To enable students to get along, cooperate and communicate with the disadvantages, eliminate misunderstanding and discrimination, cultivate students' "acceptance" and "tolerance", so the future social pillars have a border society view.
