Rooftop Republic Urban Farming is a social enterprise dedicated to transform the food system by empowering people to grow and reconnect with their own food.
Through transforming underutilized spaces within the city into thriving edible gardens, motivating city-dwellers to take ownership of growing their own food, and running educational programmes and experiential workshops for people from all walks of life - we are making urban farming a catalyst for sustainable living, social inclusion and greening the city.
We are passionate about our city, our food, our environment and our community, and want to make urban farming commonplace.

Rooftop Republic launches its Community Urban Farming Membership Programme at Sheung Wan!
Rooftop Republic, an urban farming social enterprise, has partnered with the Desk to launch its latest initiative, a four-month membership-based urban farming programme and the largest urban farm amongst Hong Kong co-working spaces.
This initiative is part of Rooftop Republic’s bigger vision to make urban farming accessible to everyone. The membership provides you with one large planter, all the supplies you need to start your own rooftop garden,
and one-on-one guidance and knowledge sharing with an experienced farmer every Saturday morning from 10 am - 12 pm.
Join our kick-off on Saturday, November 2nd, from 10 am to 12 pm with an urban farming workshop.
