We are the only organisation in Hong Kong that focuses on promoting legacy giving in Hong Kong. As a social enterprise, we work with charities and volunteer lawyers to offer a free, professional and user-friendly Will-writing service to the general public. To date, legacy gifts made through our service have exceeded HKD 100m with nearly 100 charities named as beneficiaries. We make it possible for anyone to leave a legacy and create a lasting impact on causes closest to their hearts.
Product and Service
【A Free Will Service for the General Public】
We work with law firms that volunteer to make Wills for free, so long as the Will contains a legacy gift to an organisation on our Charities Directory. The process is simple:
1. Submit Will Wishes
Submit your Will wishes through email, WhatsApp, an online form on our website or our telephone hotline.
2. Lawyer Prepares the Will
A lawyer then drafts the Will to ensure that your wishes are accurately reflected.
3. Signing & Witnessing at a Law Firm
When the Will is ready, we book a time for you to have your Will signed and witnessed at a law firm.
In addition, we provide charitable organisations with:
- Legal seminars
- A Tailored Legacy Giving Website
- Legacy Donation Reports
- Additional Marketing Support
