Product and Service
【A Free Will Service for the General Public】
We work with law firms that volunteer to make Wills for free, so long as the Will contains a legacy gift to an organisation on our Charities Directory. The process is simple:
1. Submit Will Wishes
Submit your Will wishes through email, WhatsApp, an online form on our website or our telephone hotline.
2. Lawyer Prepares the Will
A lawyer then drafts the Will to ensure that your wishes are accurately reflected.
3. Signing & Witnessing at a Law Firm
When the Will is ready, we book a time for you to have your Will signed and witnessed at a law firm.
In addition, we provide charitable organisations with:
- Legal seminars
- A Tailored Legacy Giving Website
- Legacy Donation Reports
- Additional Marketing Support

2. Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA)
3. Advance Directive in relation to Medical Treatment (AD)
4. Funeral and Burial Wishes
5. Other Ways of Celebrating Life and Saying Goodbye
In order to be legally effective, an EPA or AD could only be made by a person who has passed a mental capacity assessment conducted by a registered medical practitioner in Hong Kong, and subsequently witnessed and signed by a lawyer and/or the medical practitioner.
