Our company the main of works are road repair, underground construction, such as manhole, water pipe. We also hire disadvantaged groups to work, such as low education and high technology workers, cases referred by social workers, new arrivals and South Asians. They can though different mechanics to learn skills for carpenter, drain and pipe, bar bender and fixer. Not only to give them to study, we also give salary for them.
