Tuen Mun West Day Care Centre for the Elderly has planned and piloted to provide elderly daycare services since 1999, with wide recognition from both elders and carers. Later in 2000, the centre was officially established at our current address.
Tuen Mun Day Care Centre for the Elderly is a self financed day care services for the community dwelling frail elderly who required different level of care in day time. We provides various services to facilitate their rehabilitation, including rehabilitation program, nursing care service, pain management, dementia intervention, post-stroke mangement, etc. Besides, we also provide the carer training to facilitate the caregiver take care the frail elderly with more confidence.
