Trial and Error Lab is a new form of vocational service launched by Breakthrough, which aims at young people who aspire to join the local cultural and creative industry. By means of a co-working space, training workshops and other creative programmes, we walk along young people (16-35 years old, particularly those who are less academically inclined) to develop their talents in the artistic area and develop a sustainable career.
We provide 6 different products and services; Fellows in Residence, Fellow Products, Fellow Workshops, Trial Workshops, Error Fridays, School and Corporation Workshops.
The Trial Academy offers young people who aspire to join the cultural and creative industry with pragmatic workshops, study groups and mentorship programmes to equip them with the knowledge and skills in career management, strategic marketing and visual branding. With these trainings and support, they are able to work on continuous trials and expand relevant network in entrepreneurship.
