In order to strive for more job opportunities for the elderly, Gingko House set up the Hong Kong Kitchen in 2011 as a food factory to back up its catering business and food production as well. To discover and to pass on the traditional recipes is the mission of the Hong Kong Kitchen.
The first company that initated the employment for the elderly in Hong Kong. Business idea was originated from a small herbal tea shop in 2005, now operating three restaurants, a central kitchen- Hong Kong Kitchen and an organic farm; benefited more than 200 elderly.
