Our ultimate goal is to provide a 'healthy community' and 'fruitful life with dignity among elders'. We put efforts on strengthening elderly's concept on health care and health management for their establishment of a healthy living style, and to motivate the elders and their family members to maintain good 'body', 'mind', & 'spirit' conditions to create a healthy and harmounious community.
Our multi-disciplinary staff team consist of registered nurses, physiotherapists, social workers and health care workers provide quality and comprehensive primary care and rehabilitation services. Our team offers support to careers and help them to release the caring pressure as well.
We have been joining the Pilot Scheme on Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly since 2013. The scheme allows eligible elderly persons to choose community care services (CCS) that suit their individual needs with the use of Comminity Care Service Vocher for the Elderly (Community Voucher).
