Silveriders provide community health screening and education services with a goal to minimize preventable and treatable diseases such as osteoporosis and atrial fibrillation. We see the lack of pre-screening, primary care access and care-givers' attention as critical social pain points. Hence, Silveriders' service strategy is to improve access and minimize care-givers' time by delivering the pre-screening and education service to neighbourhood. This community health model greatly reduces the hassle to book screening appointment, increase health awareness and improve early detection of otherwise hidden diseases (such as osteoporosis).
