Project Dignity Hong Kong (PDHK) is established in 2019, 100% owned by Project Dignity Pte. Ltd. (PDSG), a sustainable Social Enterprise based in Singapore. Like its parent company, PDHK is an all-in-one platform to engage in positive impact through local cuisine. The company offers a range of unique experiences to do good through food from culinary courses and team building to food delivery and retail. At the heart of the company’s mission is its approach to restoring dignity to the differently-abled and the disadvantaged through skills training, job placement and integration.
1) Culinary training
The training approach is based on Universal Design Learning (UDL), a flexible learning environment that can accommodate individual learning differences.
2) Community food centre and food delivery
Dignity Kitchen Hong Kong is a 7-stalls food centre manned by the differently-abled and disadvantaged serving local street food as well as delivery of bentos and snacks perfect for lunch-in, business meetings and special events.
3) Dignity Outreach programmes
Events are designed to allow participants to bond with colleagues or classmates in a meaningful, heartwarming environment and at the same time engage in impact.
