About Us:

Our vision is having community farms in every districts of Hong Kong. Living in a metropolis like Hong Kong, citizens are always too busy to pay attention to what they eat and where the food came from. Having community farms in the neighborhood enables citizens to not only learn about organic farming, but also inspires them to think about their relationship with mother nature through growing their own food. We endeavor to encourage citizens to better cherish the natural resources that they might have taken for granted.

Community farms also supply fresh and nutrient-rich vegetables to the neighborhood. This is very sustainable as storage time and transportation is shortened and carbon emission is minimized. Additionally, local vegetable varieties can be preserved and passed onto the future generations through growing continuously in the community farms.

Product and Service

We provide organic vegetable garden set-up and management service. Our mission is to educate Hong Kong citizens about the positive impact of adopting a healthy eating habit and being environmentally friendly through teaching them how to grow their own food.

 Having organic vegetable garden on the school’s rooftop not only enables the students to reconnect with mother nature, to learn about basic gardening skills, and to nurture their eco friendly habits. Getting their hands dirty to grow their own food teaches the students to cherish and appreciate.
Installing organic vegetable garden facilitates clients to enjoy the freshest harvests grown at home. There is a wide range of vegetables we can grow according to the season. For example, gourds like cucumber, bitter gourd, hairy gourd and pumpkin can be grown in summer and leafy greens like Choi Sum, Pak Choi, lettuce and kale can be grown in winter.
We provide organic vegetable garden management service, which helps clients to take care of the plants regularly. Service includes: weeding, pruning, nutrition management, disease control, pest control, harvesting and growing schedule planing. Clients are welcomed to join the sessions to enjoy gardening with us.
Organic farming workshop allows participants to become one day farmer. Through getting their hands dirty to weeding, sowing, applying fertilisers and harvesting, participants can learn that food is nourished by precious Earth resources such as clean water and fertile soil. It is important to love Earth and adopt a sustainable lifestyle.
