WORKSHEET STUDIO in partnership with MilMill and St. James' Settlement to build a collaborative project called - PaperHub. This is a valuable project combining social integration, sustainable production systems and a 100% local circular economy.
In the project, Mil Mill supplies raw material – paper pulp produced from local recycled beverage cartons, to the sheltered workshop where it is transformed into recycled paper and products, the whole cycle is 100% locally-produced.
WORKSHEET STUDIO is responsible for the development of recycled materials and different levels of training for members of St James's Settlement, such as operating machines and handling tools. Through the production of recycled paper, to assist people with disabilities develop their working talents and help them integrate into society.
NGOs like St. James’ Settlement play a crucial role in the production. WORKSHEET STUDIO has partnered with sheltered workshop to produce in a systematic manner, offering members multiple job options and opportunities to move towards self-reliance, while providing another outlet for local waste paper.
WORKSHEET STUDIO partners with sheltered workshop of St. James’ Settlement Delightful Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Service Centre to produce paper products. Products include customized promotional gift services. Through the integration of business and society, ecological and material design, to achieve the goals of sustainable development and local circular economy.
