Home Market (Kwai Shing East Shop)

About Us:

Home Market is a social-enterprise-retail-chain, an innovative poverty-relief project, and is funded by the main sponsor, Lee Shau Kee Foundation - selling good quality food and daily necessities at prices close to the costs to the members in the poorest residential districts in Hong Kong.  We believe the quality of goods at lower prices can alleviate the burden of the grassroots and improve their quality of life by saving money in their necessities.

Currently, 12 Home Market shops are located in Shau Kei Wan, Sham Shui Po, Choi Hung, To Kwa Wan, Tin Shui Wai, Kwai Shing East Estate, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin, Kwun Tong, Kowloon City, Tai Po and Ngau Tau Kok. More than 85 staff, including 25 disabilities and disadvantaged people, are working in Home Market. We also provide designed gift-packs and group purchase to NGOs and private companies, and actively promote our core values - caring, inclusion, and considerate, by helping and caring for people.
