Balancd aims to spread the benefits of ancient art of Tai Chi & Qigong, ultimately improving balance in the mind & body. Collaborating with doctors, physiotherapists & Tai Chi Masters, we have created an easy to follow balance program that focuses on: mind/body coordination, strength training and injury prevention.

Apart from private, group and corporate classes, we also provide discounted community classes at community centers, care homes and various charity organizations. This allows students from various backgrounds to join us!
We adapt our classes for various disabilities or physical limitations, we have worked with students with Arthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Cancer, Dementia, Parkinson’s Diseases, Heart Disease and Stroke. We introduced our “Seated class” in 2018 which allows people in wheelchairs to practice and enjoy our programs.
Balancd App is a Kung Fu learning app that combines Shaolin basic training and Baduanjin QiGong. The focus is on mind and body balance as well as lower body strength. Included in the program are fit tests for you to monitor your own progress. If you follow the program diligently, we promise significant improvements in 8 weeks.
