Bling aims build self-confidence, self-esteem and social recognition of the unemployed and rehabilitated youths through art-and-design-related trainings and practicing. The youths will learn skill sets related to art and design and mural painting, and will work as tutors for guiding and teaching elderly as well as SEN students to complete artworks. Moreover, they will beautify the living environment of the grassroots elderly by providing mural painting services, so as to bring a touch of warmth to the society.

Besides, the artwork created by the youths, elderly and SEN students will be uploaded to the BlingStore. Public, organizations, schools and corporates might choose the artwork and order to create as mural paintings and products. Thus, they may earn income with a set percentage of profit sharing, and even get social recognition.
